Plants vs. Zombies is about zombies that are trying to eat your brains. Sounds pretty simple, but trust me, it gets better. In the game, cartoon zombies gather together and make waves of them that come at you one at a time.
Your job is to fight of the zombies with plants. Not just any kind of plants though, these ones are special. These plants attack for you. You stock up on a certain amount of plants and get ready for the waves. To plant a plant, you have to have enough sun, click the seed packet, and click the square where you want to place it. Sun is made by sunflowers, which only give you sun. Sun is used to power your plants and plant them on the ground.
There’s many different kinds of plants, plant upgrades, zombies, modes, and more. For plants, there’s pea shooters and cabbage-pults and all sorts of crazy plants. You unlock one each level. Next up is plant upgrades. These consist of the double-sunflower, the military-pea, and more. Then, there are the zombies. The zombie types they have are the flag zombie, bungee zombie, and more. For modes, there’s Zen garden mode, minigame mode, adventure mode, puzzle mode, survival mode, and achievement mode. They all kind of explain themselves, but not the Zen Garden. The Zen Garden is a little greenhouse where you can grow the plants you’ve unlocked in levels and the plants you’ve bought from the shop. More, you ask? The Shop is a place where you buy plant upgrades and bonuses for your plants.
Also, the credits, mysterious yeti zombie, and the golden sunflower trophy will all be yours if you buy it, try hard, and keep playing for a long time. Have fun!
I recommend this game to children 8 and up, due to complications and zombies.
